The Service provides AI-powered moderation for your Community. You can set custom rules or restrict specific categories, and our AI moderator will check messages in real-time for violations. If a violation is detected:

The message, along with any associated media (images, voice), is collected and encrypted.
This data is stored in our database for one week and made available to you in the Dashboard for review.

The Service is designed to be used in public chats and can moderate messages of any user in the chat.
Different subscription plans offer varying message limits and functionalities. You are responsible for selecting the appropriate plan for your needs.

6. User Responsibilities

Rule-Setting: You are solely responsible for the rules you set for your Community. Rules must not violate applicable laws or promote illegal, harmful, or discriminatory behavior.
Misuse: You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:
- Using the Service to harass, discriminate, or harm others.
- Attempting to bypass or overload the system.
- Using the Service for any illegal purpose.
Compliance: You must ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations.
Age Restrictions: The Service is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU) without parental consent.

7. Payment and Subscription

Plans: We offer different subscription plans with varying message limits and features. Details of each plan are available on our website.
Payment Terms: You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable, except in cases of fraud, double-charges, or failure to provide the Service.

11. Indemnification

12. Termination
